HOW many characters?!

I got pretty curious, now that I'm doing this 100 Words A Day thing, about how many characters I was picking from for all this writing. So! I decided to map it out.

+ A few parents (and in Avril’s case grandparents), a few key superheros to keep in rotation, and a million throw-away superhero and villain characters

I totally fucking lost the character list, which blows. But I know these basics from heart:

Sister [drummer]
Friend [guitarist]
LA Survivors:
20-something girl
14 year old boy
The Loner guy
+God knows how many other characters seriously discussed for inclusion. That already ranged somewhere in the 20’s range for cycled or brief-but-important characters.
Damned Amanda
Technically I’m not writing this one, but I’m co-creator/artist, and I’m helping develop this like a mufuga so I feel a sense of ownership enough.

Viscera
Doctor Grey
Amanda’s mom
Ephraim
The Metatron
+12 Homunculi, and a few bit characters.
Death Heads story

[Garfield] Thomas

Graham’s younger brother
Graham’s real father
Graham’s real mother
+God knows who else. This story is still very much in the development stage. Veeery much.
Altogether that’s 41 main characters for five stories. This does not include the story ideas ‘Able, Colorado’, ‘Grey Boy’, ‘Cheshire Murder Brigade’, or ‘David Keller’s story’ which are at various stages of contemplation with no solid design to actually do them just yet. But they, too, are already insanely thought out.
I reeeeally need to start outlining these stories on the real.
